I attended the University of Arizona and graduated Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA. I also did post graduate studies in Accounting at Robert Morris University and Thiel College.

I have 25 Years of Municipal Management and Economic Development Experience.I Was a Grove City Borough Council Member for 2 Terms and served as Vice President as well as Chairman of the finance and utilities committees.

I have 4 children and 4 grand children, whom I enjoy spending time with.
